Our Local and National Pride ESD Protective Chair
ESD Electrostatic Discharge – Protective Chairs
These chairs are specifically designed to safely discharge static electricity generated by the user’s movements to the ground, preventing potential damage. Using ESD protective chairs is essential in today’s technology-driven world, where electronic components are increasingly miniaturized and sensitive, making them vulnerable to static electricity.
They should be used in environments containing components and products sensitive to static electricity, such as electronics manufacturing, laboratories, and cleanrooms to prevent ESD related damage.
We take pride in specializing in the production of domestically manufactured ESD protective chairs. Each year, we expand our product range with new models and continuously improve quality with a focus on customer satisfaction. While our goal is to establish a presence in the international market, our priority remains to be a trusted ESD protective chair supplier widely preferred across Turkey.
01.
Electronics Manufacturing Facilities
Used in areas where electronic components are produced, assembled, and tested, these chairs help prevent potential damage caused by static electricity.
02.
Laboratories
In laboratories conducting chemical and biological experiments, ESD protective chairs prevent static buildup, protecting sensitive measurement instruments.
03.

Static Dissipative Fabric
The static-dissipative fabric covering the seat and backrest of ESD protective chairs is made with carbon fibers that provide electrical conductivity. This special fabric effectively channels static electricity accumulated on the surface to the grounding mechanism, offering reliable protection.
Grounding Mechanism
The ESD protective chair is equipped to safely conduct static charges from the user’s body to the ground, starting from the conductive fabric down to the wheels. This system ensures that conductivity is maintained during all movements, allowing static electricity to be safely discharged at all times.
Conductive Wheels and Feet
From the conductive fabric to the wheels and feet, the ESD protective chair is designed to continuously transmit static charges from the user’s body to the ground. This configuration guarantees that conductivity is never compromised, enabling effective discharge of static electricity in all situations.
Chair Mechanism Variability
ESD protective chairs feature ergonomic mechanisms that allow users to adjust seat height, backrest support, and seat angle, enhancing comfort during prolonged sitting. Different chair models offer various adjustment systems through the use of different mechanisms.
Options
Our ESD protective chairs are produced with various options to enhance functionality and user comfort according to different work environments and individual needs.
They can be customized with different fabric colors, adjustable shock absorbers for varying seat heights, foot rings for seating comfort and ergonomics, and armrest attachments.
Warranty
Our ESD protective chairs are manufactured using high-quality, durable materials. During the warranty period, we provide parts and service support, and even after the warranty expires, we continue to support every chair, assisting you with any issue, no matter how small.
ESD Protective Chair Options
Adjustable Working Height
The seating height of your chair can be adjusted using gas lifts of different sizes depending on your usage preference. You can select the appropriate gas lift size for your planned working height from the table below.
Footrest Ring
When the working height increases users can rest their feet and maintain an ergonomic sitting posture with our two different types of footrest ring. Using a footrest improves blood circulation in the legs and enhances comfort during long working periods at elevated seating positions.
Adjustable Backrest and Seating Mechanisms
With the standard mechanism we use, both the seat height and the backrest angle can be adjusted according to the users needs. In addition to these two adjustment functions, various other adjustment systems are available depending on the chair model.
- Various Fabric Color Options
- Gas Lifts Available in Different Heights to Accommodate Varying Working Levels
- Optional Footring and Armrests for Enhanced Seating Comfort and Ergonomics
Our chairs, which are typically produced in classic black, can also be manufactured in different color options to create a more aesthetic appearance in your workspace and to match your corporate colors or existing interior design.
The standard color options for our ESD protective chairs are light gray, dark gray, blue, and black. Upon special request and subject to minimum order quantities production in additional colors is also available.
Metal or Plastic Armrests
We offer different types of armrests that allow users to rest their arms comfortably. Armrest options vary depending on the selected chair model.
The chart illustrates the relationship between the comfort level of our ESD protective chairs and their pricing. The comfort scoring is based on criteria such as ergonomic design, seating comfort, and adjustability. When evaluated together with the price axis, it helps identify the most suitable product by balancing budget and performance needs. However, it should be noted that comfort assessments may vary depending on personal preferences and individual usage habits.
Details on ESD Protective Chairs
As mentioned above, ESD stands for “Electrostatic Discharge.” In this context, the term “ESD Chair” is not technically accurate; the correct terminology should be “ESD Protective Chair.” These chairs should be defined as ESD protective because they safely transfer the static electricity accumulated on the human body to the ground, thereby protecting the technological equipment we work with from ESD-related damage.
The term “Antistatic Chair” is also incorrect. Antistatic materials are designed with special chemical additives that prevent the generation of ESD within the material itself. Typically pink in color, these materials do not generate electrostatic charge, but they do not provide protection against external ESD events.
In this context, chair fabrics are not “antistatic” but static-dissipative, designed to transfer instantaneous ESD events slowly and safely to the grounding line.
The primary purpose of using an ESD protective chair is to safely dissipate the static electricity accumulated on the user who is in direct contact with ESD sensitive products by transferring it to the ground. An ESD protective chair successfully fulfills this function. Considering that producing the plastic components of the chair from conductive plastic significantly increases manufacturing costs, and given that the plastic parts on the seat and back sections do not come into direct contact with the end product, the use of conductive plastic in these areas is unnecessary. The same principle applies to armrests. However, upon request and with the cost factor in mind metal conductive armrests can be used as an alternative solution.
